Engagement Rules
By accessing bluefieldmark.online and purchasing our entertainment services, you enter into a binding agreement with Bluefield Mark. These terms ensure the integrity of our physical sets and the precision of our AR city navigation.
01. Service Scope
Bluefield Mark provides two specific categories of entertainment: high-fidelity physical escape rooms located at our Warsaw facility and augmented reality (AR) urban adventures throughout the city. We reserve the right to modify game scenarios or AR routes for safety or maintenance requirements.
02. Booking & Cancellations
Confirmed bookings represent a reserved time slot within our environment. Rescheduling is permitted only with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours are non-refundable, as the operational resources for your specific session are allocated in advance.
03. Physical Player Conduct
Players are expected to respect the tactile craftsmanship of our rooms. Force is never required to solve puzzles. Intentional damage to room equipment, mechanical props, or architectural elements is the financial responsibility of the player. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment toward Gamemasters.
AR Navigation & Safety
Our AR City Quests require a personal smartphone with GPS and data access. Players are responsible for their own safety while navigating Warsaw’s public spaces. Bluefield Mark takes no responsibility for traffic accidents or injuries sustained during outdoor play.
Routes are checked monthly, but urban environments change. Players must follow all local laws and pedestrian signals regardless of digital prompts.
Intellectual Property
All narrative content, AR point-cloud maps, custom mechanical puzzles, and environmental set designs are the exclusive property of Bluefield Mark. Recording of game solutions or redistribution of AR portal access is strictly prohibited.
This includes the reverse engineering of our proprietary AR logic and the unauthorized photography of sensitive room interiors designed for cinematic immersion.
Device Compatibility
Modern hardware required for AR immersion.
Account Integrity
One ticket per individual player protocol.
Liability Limit
Limited to the cost of the session booked.
Data Privacy
Synced via local encryption standards.
Dispute Resolution
All legal matters concerning Bluefield Mark are subject to the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of common courts in Warsaw.
Users must attempt to resolve grievances through direct communication with our management team at info@bluefieldmark.online before seeking external arbitration.
Updates to these terms will be posted with an effective date. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
