Mapping the Hidden City.
We believe entertainment should be an act of discovery, not just consumption. At Bluefield Mark, we merge Warsaw’s narrative with modern play.
From Basements
to the Augmented Street.
The team behind Bluefield Mark emerged during the early surge of Warsaw's escape room culture. We began in basement-level spaces, experimenting with simple padlocks and hidden triggers. But as the urban gaming landscape evolved, so did our ambition. We realized that the four walls of a room were only the beginning.
Founded by a collective of game designers, engineers, and urban historians, our goal was to bridge the gap between high-tactility physical set design and the expansive narrative potential of mobile augmented reality. Today, our headquarters at ul. Nowy Świat 12 serves as the epicenter for this dual-reality experiment.
"We don't use technology to replace physical interaction. We use it to reveal the 'ghost' layers of history that the naked eye misses."
Mapping fictional narratives onto real-world historical landmarks.
The Dual Interface
A breakdown of our manufacturing and digital philosophy.
Physical Room Craft
Our prop workshop is where the tactile friction happens. We reject generic padlocks. Every physical clue is hand-fabricated from brass, steel, and timber. We prioritize social mechanical puzzles that require two or more participants to communicate, ensuring play remains a collective human exercise.
- Custom embedded hardware sensors
- Narrative-driven set builds
- Zero "pixel-hunting" design
AR City Intelligence
Our AR platform utilizes proprietary point-cloud data to anchor digital objects to Warsaw’s landmarks. By removing the 60-minute constraint of indoor rooms, City Tracks allow for exploration at the player's pace. We collaborate with local historians to ensure our fiction brushes against documented reality.
- Battery-efficient spatial logic
- Pedestrian-safe route mapping
- Multi-device narrative sync
The Quality Standard
Narrative Sovereignty
Every puzzle must serve the story context. If a mechanic doesn't advance the plot, it is removed during our playtesting phase.
Tactile Primacy
We use real materials. Cold steel, heavy switches, and mechanical cogs create an immersion that plastic or touchscreens cannot match.
Urban Stewardship
Our outdoor games respect Warsaw. We utilize the city without disrupting it, ensuring all routes are fully accessible and family-friendly.
Frictionless Entry
Technology should be invisible. All AR experiences run on internally developed logic for zero-latency immersion on any modern handset.
