We operate a dual-reality platform where physical immersion meets augmented exploration; our data handling reflects this intersection by prioritizing local processing and minimal retention.

We provide clear disclosures on what we collect before you enter any quest or activate an AR city adventure.
Security
All player data is encrypted using industry-standard protocols and stored on secure servers within the EU.
Physical Quest Rooms
For bookings at our Warsaw facility (ul. Nowy Świat 12), we collect names, email addresses, and phone numbers to manage your reservation. This data ensures we can provide safety briefings and arrival instructions.
We do not record video or audio within the quest rooms for commercial purposes. Any live monitoring by gamemasters is strictly for safety and gameplay assistance and is not stored after your session concludes.
AR City Quests
To facilitate augmented reality adventures across Warsaw, we require access to your mobile device's GPS and camera. Camera access is used solely to render digital objects on your screen via point-cloud mapping.
GPS Usage: Your location data is used in real-time to trigger narrative events at specific landmarks. This data is processed locally whenever possible. We do not track your movement once the game session is terminated.
Data Retention & Third Parties
Booking Engines
We utilize recognized third-party booking tools to process payments. We do not store full credit card details on our own servers.
Analytics
Aggregated, non-identifiable usage patterns help us optimize our AR engine and improve the difficulty balance of our urban routes.
GDPR Rights
You hold the right to access, rectify, or erase your data. Requests can be sent directly to our Data Protection Officer in Warsaw.
Retention
Account data is kept as long as the account is active. Transaction records are held according to Polish fiscal regulations.
